Microsoft has introduced its plans to buy Finnish company Nokia, equipment or services and its mobile unit, along with patents and its mapping service for an amount totaling 7.2 billion dollars.
The transaction of buying mobile phones giant is expected to close in the first quarter of 2014, after the approval of the shareholders of Nokia. U.S. technology giant, Microsoft will initially pay $ 5 billion for services and mobile technology of Nokia, and later 2.2 billion dollars on behalf of the Company licenses and patents.
